Integrantes da Polícia Federal, da polícia italiana e da embaixada confirmaram à CNN que a deputada Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) está na Itália e desembarcou no Aeroporto de Roma Fiumicino, na manhã de quinta-feira (5). A parlamentar saiu do Brasil para a Argentina, depois foi para os Estados Unidos e, em seguida, rumo à Europa após ser condenada pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) a 10 anos de prisão por invasão ao sistema do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ).
A Mesa Diretora da Câmara dos Deputados ainda discute qual será o posicionamento em caso de prisão da deputada Carla Zambelli (PL-SP). A oposição tem cobrado o presidente da Câmara, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), para que o caso seja analisado em plenário, mas a Casa diz ainda não ter sido notificada sobre o pedido de prisão preventiva de Alexandre de Moraes.
O regimento interno da Câmara prevê a possibilidade de prisão de parlamentar apenas em caso de flagrante inafiaçavel, com análise da Casa em até 24h.
A oposição tem cobrado o presidente da Câmara, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), para que o caso seja analisado em plenário, mas a Casa diz ainda não ter sido notificada sobre o pedido de prisão preventiva de Alexandre de Moraes.
